Terms & Conditions

Bali 99 Tours & Travel | A Brand of PT Kreasi Langit Sembilan

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bali 99 Tours & Travel website and your purchase or use of tours, activities, transportation, airport transfers, private drivers and car rental services provided or arranged by Bali 99 Tours & Travel, a brand of PT Kreasi Langit Sembilan (“Bali 99”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation and service-specific conditions.

2. Services and Third-Party Suppliers

Bali 99 may provide services directly and may also arrange services through independent suppliers such as hotels, activity operators, drivers, boats, restaurants, venues and transportation providers. Certain supplier terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Quotations and Prices

Prices are based on the itinerary, passenger count, dates, inclusions and conditions stated in the quotation or invoice. Prices may change before confirmation if availability, supplier rates, taxes, government charges or requested services change. The confirmed invoice is the controlling commercial document for the booking.

4. Booking and Payment

A booking becomes confirmed after the required payment has been received and Bali 99 has issued confirmation. Unless a quotation or invoice states otherwise, a deposit or advance payment may be required to secure services and the remaining balance must be paid by the stated due date.

We accept selected payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard through an authorized payment gateway. The cardholder is responsible for ensuring that the payment information submitted is accurate and that the cardholder is authorized to use the card.

5. Secure Card Payment

Card transactions are handled through an authorized third-party payment gateway. Bali 99 does not intentionally store full card numbers or CVV/CVC credentials on this website. Payment authentication, authorization and certain transaction security controls may be performed by the payment gateway, card network and issuing bank.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any specific cancellation terms shown on the customer's quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate names, dates, contact information and other booking details.
  • Provide valid travel documents where required.
  • Follow reasonable instructions from guides, drivers, operators and service providers.
  • Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time and allow sufficient time for traffic and operational conditions.
  • Inform Bali 99 promptly about material conditions that may affect safe service delivery.

8. Travel Documents and Personal Insurance

Customers are responsible for passports, visas, permits and other travel documents required for their journey. Customers are encouraged to maintain appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, personal belongings, accidents and other travel risks.

9. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may need to change due to weather, traffic, safety conditions, government restrictions, supplier availability, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Bali 99 will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed experience or a suitable alternative.

10. Force Majeure

Bali 99 will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or public-health restrictions, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, transportation disruption, road closures, port closures, supplier failure or other extraordinary events.

11. Activities and Safety

Some travel activities involve inherent risks. Customers must follow safety instructions and disclose relevant conditions when necessary for safe participation. Bali 99 may refuse participation in an activity where a supplier or guide reasonably determines that participation would create an unacceptable safety risk.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bali 99's responsibility is limited to the services it directly provides or arranges and to the amounts actually paid for the affected service, subject to mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Complaints and Disputes

Customers should contact Bali 99 as soon as possible if an issue occurs during a service so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and assist. Formal complaints should include the booking reference, service date, relevant facts and supporting evidence.

14. Website Use

Website content is provided for general travel and service information. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but availability, prices, schedules and supplier conditions may change. Unauthorized copying, misuse, interference, scraping or attempts to compromise website security are prohibited.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Necessary information may be processed and shared with relevant suppliers and payment providers to deliver booked services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to the customer. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith communication.
